Refueling Station Equipment Service

DLL Serviss Ltd. performs equipment installation, warranty and post-warranty service in the whole territory of Latvia. Regional branch network was created in major Latvian cities – Riga, Liepaja, Daugavpils, Ventspils, Valmiera, Madona and Jelgava, in order to decrease customer service costs and damage elimination time. Radius of each branch service territory does not exceed 100 km. Enterprise employs 17 experienced, perfectly trained wide profile (electronics, electricians and hydraulics/mechanical) service engineers. Nine of them work in regional branches, and eight specialists work in Riga and closest proximity. Our service engineers have certificates and permits issued by all main suppliers and Latvian training centers.

DLL Serviss Ltd. has concluded contracts for servicing over 480 fuel and gas stations for different customers. Servicing is being performed on the basis of concluded contracts. We offer three types of contract with different contractual provisions: preventive, subscription and subscription+:

Preventive – type of contractual provisions, providing for preventive servicing of fuel stations twice a year.

Subscription – planned fuel station equipment servicing contractual provisions, providing for contractual price, including emergency calls, preventive servicing of fuel stations twice a year, transport expenses, cost of work.

Subscription+ – planned fuel station equipment servicing contractual provisions, providing for contractual price, including emergency calls, preventive servicing of fuel stations twice a year, transport expenses, cost of work, cost of spare parts, used during equipment servicing.

DLL Serviss Ltd. provides its customers with 24/7 availability of servicing and telephone consultations, including national holidays.

Response time for emergency calls depends on type of damage:

• if damage fully blocks operation of fuel station (sale of at least one type of fuel is not possible) – response time is 1 to 4 hours;
• if damage is local and does not hinder general operation of fuel station – response time is 1 to 24 hours.

Elimination of one damage usually takes approx. 1 hour.
